Hajezapp is Lebanon's booking platform for local services — barbershops, restaurants, salons, clinics, and more. Discover businesses on the map, then book on their branded booking site — pick a time and confirm without phone calls.

Find a business on Discover, open its page, then tap Book Now — you'll finish on their booking site (e.g. yourname.hajezapp.com). You'll get confirmation by email and/or WhatsApp. Sign in on that booking site to manage appointments.

Sign in on the business's booking site → Your appointments to cancel or reschedule. Rules vary by business — see our Cancellation Policy. Bookings linked to your Hajezapp account may also be cancelled from Profile → Bookings.

Browsing and booking through Hajezapp is free for customers. Some businesses require an off-platform deposit (e.g. Whish). Instructions appear before you confirm, and your slot may be held until the business confirms payment.

After a completed booking, you can leave a rating and review for the business — often via a link from the booking site or a follow-up message. Reviews help others choose trusted places and help owners improve.

You can book as a guest with your name and phone. Create an account if you want to cancel, reschedule, or see your history on the business's booking site. Favorites on hajezapp.com need a signed-in account.
