Acceptance

By using Hajezapp (website, apps, or related services), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

The service

Hajezapp connects customers with local businesses for discovery and booking. We are a platform — services are provided by independent businesses, not by Hajezapp directly.

We strive for accurate listings and availability but do not guarantee that every slot or detail is error-free. Businesses are responsible for their own offerings.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up or listing a business.

Bookings, cancellations and no-shows

When you book, you enter into an arrangement with the business, not with Hajezapp. Cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and no-show terms are set by each business and shown before you confirm.

You agree to provide accurate contact details so the business can reach you about your appointment.

Business owners

Owners must provide truthful business information, honor confirmed bookings where possible, and comply with applicable laws. Hajezapp may suspend listings that violate policies or receive repeated complaints.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no fraudulent bookings, scraping, attempts to disrupt the service, or posting unlawful, abusive, or misleading content (including reviews).

Limitation of liability

Hajezapp is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the platform, business conduct, or events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes

We may modify these terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
