We review new listings manually to keep quality high. Most businesses are reviewed within one business day. You can finish setting up your services and staff while you wait.

On Pro (and during your free trial), you get a branded booking site at yourname.hajezapp.com with your logo, colors, and services. Share that link on Instagram, WhatsApp, or Google. Free listings appear on Discover without a full branded site.

Of course. You can add phone and walk-in bookings into the same calendar yourself, so everything stays in one schedule and you never double-book.

You can add each staff member with their own working hours, days off, and assigned services, and track their bookings separately in the dashboard.

Yes — plans are month to month with no lock-in. You can move between Starter and Pro, or back to Free (50 lifetime bookings) anytime. Free stays listed on Discover without a live branded booking site.

Free is a one-time starter — not unlimited forever. After 50 bookings you need Starter ($12/mo) or Pro ($35/mo) to keep accepting new bookings. Starter covers unlimited bookings, 2 staff, branded site, and reminders; Pro unlocks the full toolkit.
